Responsibilities
RFI/RFP/RFQ- Help the Product team in creating all the background documents, concept charts, approach etc. for example if we have project related to IT vulnerability assessment he needs to find out what is it, who are consultants present or which kind of consultants can help us, understand the project requirement, create background document and take help on domain from consultant and create standard response with project approach and methodology.
- Respond to the RFPs received. Here we have few standard formats for the services available and he needs to do internet based research and also talk to the consultants who are expert in doing a particular type of project , get project methodology, approach and put everything together and create the RFP.
- Our model is to capture the expertise of various consultants who are doing consulting project and put them under one banner MetricStream and use their skills to deliver the project so he has to facilitate the consulting offering creation working with consultants understanding their skills and creating a standard package which can be marketed to mass audience. When we get project related RFP work with consultants to prepare the response. For example this package is created after getting info from consultant and then putting as a package work with the Corporate Marketing team to produce product data sheets, white papers and other marketing collateral. He has to write these collaterals or create the content and then content writer can put it in right way.
- Create and deliver presentations, white papers, communiqués, and other Sales Tools.
- Create the strategy of generating leads by creating various take ways and helping the online marketing team supply the leads to inside sales.
- Manage the various documentation required to be put in website or in collaterals or project delivery documents.
Job Requirements
* Superior communicator who is a strong, out-going leader and builder of consensus.
Should have sound knowledge on researching domain related information risk management, GRC etc and should be able to understand the concepts and modela quickly.
* Ability to work in an unstructured problem-solving environment and synthesize strategy, plans, and solutions.
* Hands-on analytical skills with the inquisitiveness to understand the customer requirement, do research talk to domain experts and prepare response plan.
* A work style that emphasizes a disciplined and organized approach to defining the output of project i.e documentation.
* A desire to be part of a dynamic, growing market segment and lead the charge.
* Flexibility and self-motivation - with a problem solver's attitude.
* Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment.
